ESTABLISHMENT

HG Optronics.,INC. was founded in 2008 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales and service of laser crystals, nonlinear optical crystals and precision optical components.   In 2025, HGO officially moved into a 7,000-square-meter modern R&D and production base, housing two major business divisions: Crystal Division and Precision Optics Division. The Crystal Division has fully mastered the independent growth technologies for multiple product lines including YAG series, LBO/BBO series, KGW series, YVO₄ series and YLF series, and has a complete industrial chain layout from independent material growth to precision component processing. The Precision Optics Division focuses on optics cold processing.The two divisions operate in synergy, enabling both mass standardized production and flexible response to small-batch customized demands.     Core products of the Crystal Division cover: various doped YAG crystals, KGW crystals, YLF crystals, YVO₄ crystals, titanium sapphire, erbium glass and other laser crystals; LBO, BBO, KTP and other nonlinear crystals; YVO₄, a-BBO, Iceland spar and other birefringent crystals; as well as TGG, CaF₂, MgF₂ and other magneto-optical and optical materials. The Precision Optics Division mainly engages in precision optical components such as plane mirrors, lenses, prisms, wave plates, polarizing devices and aspherical mirrors. Our products are widely applied in industrial laser, optical communication, semiconductor, automotive radar, AR/VR, life science, medical cosmetology, scientific research and other fields.   HGO strictly implements the ISO9001 quality management system and is equipped with a full set of high-precision testing equipment including ZYGO flat/spherical interferometers, CPI weak absorption spectrometers, spectrophotometers, and precision microscopy systems from Nikon and Olympus, ensuring high precision, high reliability and high stability of products. High purity Nd:YVO4 laser crystals
Nd:YVO4 Neodymium Doped Yttrium Orthovanadate laser crystals

Nd:YVO4 (Neodymium Doped Yttrium Orthovanadate) crystals is one of the most promising commercially available diode pumped solid state laser materials, especially, for low to middle power density. This is mainly for its higher absorption and emission features than Nd:YAG crystal. Pumped by laser diodes, Nd:YVO4 crystal has been incorporated with high NLO coefficient crystals ( LBO, BBO, or KTP) to frequency-shift the output from the near infrared to green, blue, or even UV. This incorporation to construct all solid state lasers is an ideal laser tool that can cover the most widespread applications of lasers, including machining, material processing, spectroscopy, wafer inspection, light displays, medical diagnostics, laser printing, and data storage, etc. It has been shown that Nd:YVO4 based diode pumped solid state lasers are rapidly occupying the markets traditionally dominated by water-cooled ion lasers and lamp-pumped lasers, especially when compact design and single-longitudinal-mode outputs are required.

HGO grows BBO Nonlinear crystals using flux technology. BBO crystal transparency ranges from 188 nm to 5,2 µm, which includes reasonable transparency from 3-5,2 µm for few tens µm thick crystals, while their phase-matchable range spans almost over the entire transparency range. Combined with other magnificent properties of BBO, it is favorable for numerous nonlinear parametric applications. It is worth to mention that BBO crystals have the highest nonlinearity in the UV range out of all common nonlinear crystals.

Silicon is used as an optical window primarily in the 3 to 5 micron band and as a subsrate for production of optical filters and windows. Silicon (Si) is grown by Czochralski pulling techniques (CZ) and contains some oxygen that causes an absorption band at 9 microns. To avoid this, material can be prepared by a Float-Zone (FZ) process. Optical silicon is generally lightly doped (5 to 40 ohm cm) for best transmission above 10 microns, and doping is usually boron (P-type) and phosphorus (N-type). After doping silicon has a further pass band: 30 to 100 microns which is effective only in very high resistivity uncompensated material.
